Niall McHugo
I’m Niall McHugo, founder of The Breathwork Project, a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, former school principal, and passionate advocate for emotional healing and mental wellbeing.
After years of serving in education, I experienced a deep personal burnout that became the turning point in my life. What began as a breakdown became a breakthrough — and breathwork was the path that helped me come home to myself.
Through my own journey with trauma, grief, and healing, I discovered the life-changing power of the breath. I trained under renowned facilitator Pat Divilly and now offer breathwork sessions, workshops, and healing circles that help people reconnect with their bodies, release stored emotion, and reclaim peace, purpose, and presence.
Whether working with men, women, schools, or organisations, my approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to breathe again — and I’m here to hold that space.
